Fiesta Fajita Nachos

A bed of com tortilla chips with a combination of steak, grilled chicken, shrimp, grilled onions, chorizo, and mushrooms, topped with melted shredded cheese and cheese dip. Served with a salad: lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole.
